Due to carrier restrictions, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, GU, VI or PR addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii and International orders will be shipped only by FedEx and UPS Priority only.
For extra security measures, we will not send to international orders to different a ship-to address.
All PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ARE WARRANTED FOR 180 DAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED ON THE
INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PAGE.
All of our clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Defective/DOA products
are subject to approval.
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, AMS will ship replacement for your defective
product(s) upon receipt of the original product at our Returns Department.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unopened, we will refund to your credit card account on
items that are not damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped. To receive a full refund, the product must be FACTORY SEALED
in new condition with original packaging, manuals, accessories, and warranty cards unmarked. Incomplete non-defective
product returns will not be accepted.
If your order is a gift order and the gift recipient wishes to return or exchange it, please contact our Customer Service.

1. Request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number by either calling or faxing to AMS Customer Service. Please
provide AMS with the invoice number(s) and a description of the problem.

2. To obtain warranty service, you will be required to provide: - Company name, telephone, fax number, and contact person -
Original invoice number - Item number, description, quantity, and unit price. - Explanation regarding nature of problem
3. Ship the product back to AMS (freight prepaid) and please make sure: - The RMA number is displayed on the shipping
label of all boxes returned. - You enclose a copy of your proof of purchase, or invoice - The product is securely packed in
the original box with all the accessories, manual and packing materials.
4. RMA numbers issued by AMS are valid for only (30) days from date of issue.
